Reno, NV (July 14, 2024) ~ On Sunday, July 14, there were confirmed injuries following a vehicle collision in the Reno area. The accident occurred at the crossing of E. Moana Lane and Interstate 580 NB that morning, around 12:56 a.m. Emergency crews were quickly dispatched to render aid to the involved parties.
At least one person involved in the crash was hurt, but the number and severity of the related damages have not been determined. The injured parties were treated by attending paramedics before being transferred to a local hospital by ambulance for further support. The roadway was temporarily closed while emergency crews worked to clear the scene. Tow trucks were later dispatched to clear the resulting wreckage and other debris and reopen the roadway to outside traffic.
