Nevada High-Speed Crashes
Certain actions behind the wheel can significantly raise the chance of an automobile collision. Probably the most common is speeding. Speeding causes a motorist to lose control of their car and significantly increase stopping distance, making them an active menace on the road. The Nevada Office of Traffic Safety (NOTS) has found that speeding is a contributing factor in over 32 percent of vehicle accidents in the state. Over 25 percent of road fatalities in the United States over the previous 20 years were caused by high-speed collisions. These crashes are much more severe and more likely to cause life-changing injuries.
