Las Vegas, NV (June 24, 2024) – Multiple people were injured after a car accident in the Las Vegas area on Friday, June 21. The incident was reported at the intersection of W. Owens Avenue and N. Main Street that afternoon, around 3:45 p.m. Local reports indicated that two vehicles collided at the scene.
It was later revealed that a black 1994 Honda Civic and a burgundy 2022 Nissan Altima were involved in the crash. Three people were traveling in the Honda, and one occupant was in the Nissan. Emergency crews were rushed to the scene to provide aid to the involved parties. Both drivers and the two passengers of the Civic were transported to a local hospital for the treatment of sustained injuries. A 13-year-old passenger in the Honda was taken to UMC Peds in serious condition. Local reports revealed that the Nissan was traveling west on Owens when it made a left turn onto Main and collided with the oncoming vehicle.
