Car Crashes in Nevada
Vehicle accidents are Nevada's leading cause of death and serious injury, and the crash statistics back this up. There are more fatal auto accidents occurring in the state every year, with a total of 304 fatal crashes reported in the state during a recent year. Reno, a thriving city in Washoe County, is home to around 13 percent of all crashes reported in the state annually, and every year, hundreds of people in the Silver State die in auto accidents. More than one thousand suffer severe injuries. You need to collaborate closely with an experienced car accident lawyer in order to pursue compensation for your injuries and other damages.
Nevada is home to many reckless drivers, and the state's roads can be dangerous. In a matter of seconds, a catastrophic auto accident can cause serious injuries, and you need to be prepared to take the necessary legal action to protect your rights at this difficult time. Your own insurance coverage may provide some compensation, but it usually will not be enough to make up for all of your losses. You have to be ready to fight the at-fault party's insurance in court if you want to get paid the full compensation you are owed. You cannot put your recovery in the hands of a big insurance company or leave it to chance. To maximize your case, you should work with a competent attorney as soon as possible.
It can be hard to handle your recovery on your own after a serious auto accident. It is important that you are prepared to do everything in your power to protect your legal rights, and that often means working closely with a trained lawyer.
