Distracted Driving Crashes in Nevada
Your full focus should always be on the road when driving a motor vehicle. Unfortunately, a large number of people in Nevada drive carelessly. One of the main factors contributing to significant collisions in the United States is distracted driving. According to statistics, distracted drivers caused 3,100 fatalities and 424,000 injuries nationwide in a recent year. Talking to someone on the phone, adjusting the radio, or making small talk with other drivers are all examples of distracted driving that can take your attention off the road, even for a brief period of time. If a careless driver causes a collision, you may have grounds to pursue a personal injury claim to cover your losses and other damages.
