Rollover Accidents in Nevada
Rollover crashes are some of the most terrible vehicle accidents that occur on Nevadan roadways. About 3 percent of all collisions reported each year involve rollovers, and statistics show that these crashes are involved in about 33 percent of fatal collisions, even though they account for a very small percentage of reported crashes. The majority of rollover deaths occur when passengers are not using seat belts. Reckless driving is a major contributing factor in many collisions, but poor road conditions can also play a part. Nearly 75 percent of connected rollover crashes involve only a single car. It is crucial that you are prepared to seek a solid recovery claim with the assistance of an experienced attorney.
