Motorcycle Accidents in Nevada

There are always dangers associated with riding a motorcycle, even though it can be an incredible and exhilarating experience. In a recent four-year period, 268 motorcycle accidents resulted in 305 documented deaths in Nevada. In the state, more than 70 percent of motorcycle accidents occurred on city streets. Historically, the state's highest rate of fatal motorcycle accidents has been seen in Clark County. Riders are over 28 times more likely to die in a motorcycle crash than non-riders, with fatalities and serious injuries accounting for nearly 80 percent of motorcycle crashes nationwide. Motorcyclists are far more likely to sustain permanent injuries and property damage in an accident due to their lack of protections on the road Because of this, it is even more crucial that you work with an attorney to pursue a compensation claim.

It is an unfortunate reality that riders have a very high possibility of sustaining serious injuries in the event of a car accident. Motorcycle riders who are injured in an accident often suffer from mounting medical expenses, missed income, and an ongoing struggle to make ends meet.
