Deadly Pedestrian Accidents in Nevada

In Nevada, pedestrian safety is a major issue. A combined 387 fatalities were documented in 376 pedestrian crashes in the state during a recent four-year study. Pedestrians frequently have to share the road with careless cars when crossing city streets. This could be the reason behind the more than 90 percent of pedestrian deaths that happen in urban areas. With the greatest yearly number of pedestrian fatalities in Nevada, Clark County remains a prominent player in pedestrian crashes across the state. Managing the aftermath of a deadly crash on your own is difficult. If you work closely with a competent attorney after a fatal accident, you might be able to recover lost compensation by pursuing a wrongful death claim.
