DUI Collisions in Nevada

Although it is illegal, driving while intoxicated is still a factor in many catastrophic collisions in Nevada. According to statistics, drunk drivers were implicated in about 30 percent of traffic fatalities reported in the United States in 2020. Of the 11,654 roadway fatalities that year, 8,626 were caused by DUI collisions. Approximately 20,000 crashes involving intoxicated drivers occur in Nevada annually, leading to hundreds of fatalities and numerous injuries. Nevada has an unfortunate reputation when it comes to drunk drivers. Nearly half of the auto accidents reported in the state involve an intoxicated motorist. If you or someone close to you is hurt in a drunk-driving crash, it is important that you are ready to consult a qualified lawyer to pursue a strong claim for compensation.

When a drunk driver injures you or someone you love, it is never easy. The party responsible for the accident should be held liable for any injuries or resulting damages. Crash victims frequently feel overwhelmed by their circumstances and the seriousness of their injuries, and you need someone who is prepared to stand up for them in order to guarantee a full recovery. After a significant auto accident, you should not be on your own to pursue a claim for recovery. The insurance provider will get in touch with you to gather information about the accident, so watch what you say. Even the smallest acknowledgment of guilt could be turned against you. On the basis of these kinds of technicalities, insurance companies have been known to reject perfectly valid claims, putting your recovery at risk.
