High-Speed Collisions in Nevada
Speed plays an important role when it comes to major collisions. It often indicates the difference between a major accident and a minor fender-bender. In 2021, high-speed collisions accounted for about 29 percent of road fatalities in the United States, and accidents involving speeding drivers claimed the lives of 12,330 people that year. Drivers should be held accountable if they intentionally go faster than the posted speed limit in the event of a serious crash. However, this is frequently only achievable if you engage with an experienced lawyer right from the beginning of your case.
