Distracted Driving Crashes in Nevada

When operating a motor vehicle, it is our duty as drivers to pay attention to the road and the task at hand: driving. Unfortunately, many Nevadans disregard this fundamental rule of the road. Over the previous ten years, there has been a notable rise in the number of distracted drivers on the state's roads. Nearly 4 percent of fatal crashes in the state are related to distracted driving, according to data from the Nevada Office of Traffic Safety (NOTS). Men between the ages of 15 and 21 are the most commonly reported victims of these accidents. Each year, thousands of people in the United States lose their lives as a result of distracted driving, and those who are wounded may be able to recover damages by working with an experienced lawyer.

You can only take so many precautions to avoid a serious car accident. In Nevada, there are irresponsible drivers everywhere, so be prepared in case you or a loved one is seriously injured in an auto accident.
