Sunrise Manor, NV (May 11, 2024) - On Friday, May 10, a pedestrian was killed after a traffic accident in the Sunrise Manor neighborhood of Las Vegas. The incident was reported at the corner of Lake Mead Boulevard and Lamont Street west of Nellis Boulevard early that morning around 6:44 a.m. Local reports revealed that the victim was on foot when they were struck by an oncoming SUV.
It was later reported that a 2021 Lincoln Navigator carrying a driver and two juvenile passengers was headed west on Lake Mead when it hit the victim. The pedestrian, later identified as a 27-year-old man, suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. No updates on the incident have been reported at this time.
