Reno, NV (October 4, 2024) - There were reported injuries after a serious collision in the Reno area on Thursday, October 3. The accident was reported on Interstate 580 NB near S. Meadows Parkway at around 4:09 p.m. Emergency responders were quickly dispatched to render aid to the involved parties.
Ambulances were available to transport the injured parties to nearby hospitals for additional treatment. At least one person involved in the crash was hurt, but the number and severity of the resulting injuries have not been determined. The area was closed for several hours until tow trucks were able to remove the wreckage and other resulting debris.
