Distracted Driving Crashes in Nevada
In Nevada and across the country, distracted driving has become a significant factor in roadway safety. Anytime a driver's focus is away from the road, there’s an increased risk of injury. Texting, talking on the phone, engaging with passengers, and other potentially dangerous activities can are all forms of distracted driving. Recent studies have found that driver distraction can be just as dangerous as intoxication on the road. When a driver is distracted, their eyes are off the road around 10 percent of the time. Motorists who drive recklessly should be held responsible for their actions following a serious vehicle collision. This is often only achievable if you closely collaborate with an experienced attorney to establish a compelling recovery claim.
If you live in Nevada and were hurt in a car accident, you have a right to pursue a claim for compensation. You need an experienced legal firm that will take your case and fight for the money you are entitled to after a serious collision.
