Reno, NV (September 2, 2024) – A serious auto accident in the Reno area on Sunday, September 1, required support from local medical personnel. At around 3:34 p.m., emergency crews were dispatched to the scene on Interstate 580 SB near E. Plumb Lane. At least one person at the scene was injured as a result of the accident.
The roadway was temporarily closed as emergency responders provided aid to the injured parties. At this time, the severity of the resulting injuries has not been confirmed. The injured parties were later transferred to local hospitals by ambulance after being treated at the scene by attending paramedics.
