Reno, NV (September 15, 2024) – There were serious injuries after a car accident in the Reno area on Saturday, September 14. The collision took place at around 11:02 p.m. near the interchange of E. 2nd Street and Kietzke Lane. The area was temporarily closed while emergency crews were present.
Emergency crews were quickly dispatched to render the necessary aid to the involved parties. The crash victims were treated at the scene before being transferred to a local hospital for additional support. The number and severity of the resulting injuries have not been determined, nor have the circumstances leading to the collision. The area was later reopened to outside traffic after tow trucks were able to clear the resulting debris. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the accident is underway.
