Distracted Driving Accidents in Nevada

On Nevadan roads, it is not uncommon to witness drivers engaging in distracted driving. We frequently witness them staring down at their phones during stop signs and even while driving. Distracted driving has quickly emerged as a primary factor contributing to severe collisions in the United States. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) reports that in 2020, distracted drivers were responsible for 324,000 crashes across the country. Additional statistics reveal that people between the ages of 15 and 20 account for about 7 percent of associated fatalities. Each year, distracted driving crashes result in over 3,000 fatalities and numerous catastrophic injuries. If you or someone you love is injured in an automobile accident, you must have the ability to pursue a claim with the assistance of a knowledgeable Nevada personal injury attorney.

After a major crash, a lot is at stake, and the decisions you make now will have a lasting effect on your future. During this trying time, you should make every effort to maximize your recovery, which often entails working with an experienced Nevada car accident attorney. It is not appropriate to hold the victims of a catastrophic collision accountable for any resulting injuries and financial damages. You must be able to collaborate with an experienced attorney who can defend your right to compensation. This will always be in your best interests to work closely with a trained attorney.
