DUI Collisions in Nevada

Driving when intoxicated is very dangerous. Drunk drivers are ill-equipped to operate their cars when they get behind the wheel. Driving under the influence is a significant issue for Nevada. Statistics show that the state has one of the highest national rates of alcohol-related fatalities. In all, 92 people died in the state in a recent year due to intoxicated motorsits, accounting for about 30 percent of fatal crashes that year. This is over two full percentage points higher compared to the 28 percent national average. A significant portion of car accidents in Nevada involve intoxicated motorists, and drivers who willfully engage in negligent actions behind the wheel should be held responsible in the event of a crash. This is often only possible when you pursue a personal injury claim with the help of a qualified lawyer.

It can be hard to share the road with negligent motorists. Far too many drivers in Nevada choose to get behind the wheel after drinking one too many, while others simply speed or look at their phones on the road. Regrettably, car accidents might happen to you at any time. No one ever plans for a serious crash, but many innocent victims are injured by careless drivers on a daily basis. In Nevada and around the country, automobile accidents remain the primary cause of fatalities and severe injuries, and it is important that you have a plan in place to pursue a full recovery.
