Speeding-related Accidents in New Mexico
Speed plays a key role when it comes to serious crashes. It can often determine if it will be a major collision or a small fender-bender. High-speed collisions accounted for more than 29 percent of road fatalities in the United States in 2021. A total of 12,330 persons lost their lives in collisions involving speeding drivers that year. That is nearly 33 deaths taking place each day on American roads due to high-speed impacts. Drivers who intentionally exceed the speed limit on the road should be held accountable in the event of a serious car accident, but this is often only achievable if you collaborate with an experienced lawyer from the beginning of your case.
