Unfortunately, the state’s roads can be extremely dangerous, and statistics show that car crashes continue to be the leading cause of death and serious injury for Nevada residents. Drunk driving is a serious concern in the state, and driver intoxication is a factor in an astounding 46 percent of auto accidents reported across Nevada each year. More than 2 million people are permanently injured in car crashes nationwide, with tens of thousands losing their lives on average. It is important that you are able to take the necessary actions to protect your legal rights after a serious auto accident.
